Fraud & Dispute Associate
We are seeking a Fraud & Dispute Associate to support chargeback and dispute processing for debit, credit, and prepaid card accounts. This role involves investigating claims, identifying potential fraud, documenting case details accurately, and working with internal teams and cardholders to resolve issues within required timeframes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- 0–2 years of financial or customer service experience, or equivalent military experience.
- Knowledge of Regulation E/Z, Visa/Mastercard rules, and EFT is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong computer skills required.
Salary : $20 - $21
