Location : Omaha, NE - On Site
Duration : 12 Months Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the delivery of a Customer Portal initiative.
This role will manage cross-functional teams delivering customer-facing digital experiences, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with business and customer experience goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Agile delivery for Customer Portal development initiatives, including web and mobile user experiences
• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with Product Owners, UX teams, and business stakeholders to manage backlogs, priorities, and release plans
• Coordinate dependencies across frontend, backend, Salesforce/CRM, and integration teams
• Track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, risks, issues) and provide executive-level status reporting
• Ensure customer security, access control, and compliance requirements are met
Required Qualifications
• 7 years of Project Management / Scrum Master experience
• Strong experience delivering customer-facing portals or digital platforms
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience (SAFe preferred)
• Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore teams
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Customer Portals
• Background in UX-driven or CX transformation programs
• Scrum Master or PMP certification
