Capital Procurement – Information Technology

We are supporting a procurement opening focused on large-scale capital projects across IT and telecommunications. Key highlights:

What You’ll Do:

• Lead major commercial negotiations for IT, telecom, and SaaS initiatives
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage the full contract lifecycle
• Redline complex IT/telecom agreements and collaborate with legal/technical teams to resolve terms
• Oversee change orders, warranty claims, and contractor performance assessments
• Ensure continuity of supply for critical materials and services
• Protect contractual rights and support risk mitigation strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• 6 years of capital procurement experience (or 10 without a degree)
• Strong experience with contract management and redlining
• Background supporting IT/telecom contracting or large capital projects
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bonus: Experience with SAP, Ariba, e-sourcing tools, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CPSM, or supplier diversity programs
