LATAM Logistics Analyst
Location: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $35–$50/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a LATAM Logistics Analyst to support strategic sourcing, procurement operations, compliance activities, and logistics initiatives across Latin America. The role partners with Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and suppliers to drive efficiency and value across transportation, customs, drayage, distribution centers, and 3PL operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support transition to a new financial system, including PO migration, supplier setup, and stakeholder communications
- Promote and support adoption of Coupa e-Sourcing platform for standardization and efficiency
- Assist in end-to-end sourcing processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP), including supplier coordination and evaluation support
- Support Source-to-Pay activities including supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders
- Prepare executive presentations and project status reports for leadership
- Manage compliance tasks including contract documentation, approvals tracking, and exception management
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor market trends to support sourcing strategies
- Coordinate communications for LATAM logistics projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and data-handling skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and supply chain fundamentals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle ERP and/or Coupa systems
- Portuguese language skills (plus)
- Experience in logistics sourcing, transportation, customs, or 3PL operations
