Saica Pack, US is currently hiring for Corrugator Operators with the following qualifications: To work safely, efficiently organize the paper supply schedule and optimize Corrugator machine performance to achieve business goals. A clamp truck operative will focus on reaching targets using effective safety/quality/productivity processes and root cause problem solving as required. Technical Ability: Understand the clamp truck process operation and correct use. Willingness to multi-skill

Analytical Ability & Decision Making: Ability to obtain information and identify key problems to solve.
World class manufacturing: Understanding of World class manufacturing tools (5s etc.)
System and processes: Fully understands and able to follow processes
Flexibility: Able to work a 1st shift cycle and willingness to cover opposite crew members when required

To contribute to the overall profitability of the site by minimizing waste and optimizing machine performance.
To maintain a high level of housekeeping within the plant to increase productivity and minimize accidents.
Follow hygiene rules to minimize risk of contamination of production
To participate in on going continuous improvement projects.
To liaise and communicate with Shift Leaders / Corrugator Manager and other departments as required.
