$19.00 - $22.00 per hour, plus shift differential
What You'll Do
Entry Level Production Operator / Helper
- Assist in the operation of corrugating and converting equipment
- Load raw materials and monitor production processes
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Support machine operators with setup and changeovers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with material handling and production support activities
- Operate recycling and baling equipment safely
- Process scrap corrugated materials for recycling
- Maintain cleanliness of recycling and waste areas
- Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Assist with plant housekeeping and material movement
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures

Qualifications
Minimum requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attendance and work ethic
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
