As a Regional Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for maintenance to equipment located multiple facilities within a region.
Additional responsibilities:
Travels overnight to facilities within region to perform training and compliance audits.
Maintains shop facilities and equipment within company and departmental goals in accordance with state and federal requirements.
Assists with organizing, planning, and goal setting for preventative maintenance programs.
Motivates, organizes, and maintains multiple shop staff's productivity. Interviews, hires, coaches, counsels and administers discipline.
Oversees compliance in maintaining region's maintenance parts, supplies, and tire inventories. Instructs supervisors and lead personnel in goal achievement and staff productivity.
Utilizes Microsoft Excel and Word programs to prepare reports and analyze data.
Uses in house computer programs to generate equipment service and inspection due lists.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years Maintenance experience
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experienced with TMW Maintenance software
Knowledge of AS400 operating system
