Job Summary
The Regional Service Manager is accountable for the operational and financial performance of service delivery within their assigned region. This role oversees daily operations, P&L management, technician leadership, customer satisfaction, safety, and execution of company standards. The Regional Service Manager drives continuous improvement by ensuring effective root cause analysis, corrective action, and the highest standards in planned maintenance execution.

Requirements:- Lead and develop service technicians and supervisors to meet operational goals.
- Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and maintenance execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA), company policies, and customer requirements.
- Conduct site visits and audits to uphold service quality and safety.
- Manage regional P&L, budgeting, and financial performance to meet revenue/margin targets.
- Control costs by monitoring labor efficiency, parts usage, and inventory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; handle issue resolution and account planning.
- Lead customer meetings and business reviews to align on service performance.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans for lasting improvements.
- Support technician training, performance feedback, and accurate service documentation.
- Oversee regional inventory and procurement to ensure availability and cost control.
- Recruit and retain top talent while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.

Job Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in service management, operations, or maintenance leadership, preferably within material handling, equipment, or industrial service industries
- Proven experience managing P&L and achieving financial targets
- Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis and corrective action planning
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree or technical certification preferred
- Proficiency with service management software, financial reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within assigned region as needed
