Position Summary
Supports the collection of receivables on accounts with no special requirements.
Major Tasks And Responsibilities
- Collects receivables on regional and smaller field accounts with no special requirements.
- Coordinates timely payment of overdue accounts with the field and customers.
- Reviews reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts accordingly.
- Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, payment agreements, and collection efforts in the database.
- Complies with relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
- Provides exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests from customers efficiently.
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of collections or accounting experience.
- Customer service or transportation experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and transportation application systems.
