Position Summary:
Perform all daily cleaning and maintenance duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and break areas by wiping down tables, floor mopping, cleaning out refrigerators, etc.
- Clean and maintain bathrooms for office and production areas
- Clean production floor areas with floor scrubber
- Clean conference rooms
- Stock drink refrigerators
- Maintained designated area for clean and safety for customers
- Clean windows and mirrors, sanitize restrooms
- Stock and restock supplies, gather and empty trash
- Order supplies as needed
- Empty trash receptacles on a daily basis
- Mop, Strip, wax, and buff floors as needed
- Maintain work area in clean, safe and organized manner
- Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning products and other necessary supplies related
- Assist in day-to-day general warehouse operations of cardboard box breakdown, etc
- Perform general maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
- Regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this job

Education and/or Experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma required
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must be able to read, write and converse fluently in English with the level of competency that will permit the applicant to function in the position
- Positive attitude, team player, good attendance, hard worker
- Must be motivated
