Role and Responsibilities

Dishwashers and kitchen prep are responsible for ensuring all utensils, cooking equipment, and dining room place settings remain clean. As a Dishwasher, you will:

• Ensure dishwashing room is clean at the start and end of each shift.
• Clean all dishes in a timely manner.
• Help prepare sauces and ingredients for cooking.
• Make sure the right amount of soap is programmed to run through the dishwasher.
• Return cookware to its proper place of storage.
• Empty trash cans throughout the kitchen.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Communicate well in a team environment.
• Ability to stand at least 4 hours per shift and lift 50lbs.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Highschool Diploma or GED
