Duties

- Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to enhance the customer’s shopping experience
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support remotely
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product demos to promote sales
Requirements
- Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery store environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently in multiple languages (bilingual skills are a plus)
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for handling transactions accurately
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
