We are currently looking for a positive, self-starter, high energy Baristas and Cashiers to join our team!
We are a busy restaurant/cafe in Encinitas. We specialize on Gluten Free, Organic Food and Coffee.
We offer $16.90/hr tips (typically $8 - $14/hr)
Shifts range from 7 am to 9 pm.
Here is what we are looking for:
- Barista experience a preferred.
- Positive attitude is a must.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
