What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for patients and families — set the tone for their entire visit
• Manage scheduling, referrals, and patient flow efficiently
• Answer high call volumes with patience and professionalism
• Verify insurance and process payments accurately
• Collect copayments and outstanding balances
• Maintain patient records in eClinicalWorks (ECW)
• Communicate care plans and instructions in both English and Spanish

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous medical office experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with ECW or similar EHR systems (a plus)
• Knowledge of insurance verification and medical coding (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced environment
