What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional Swim Instructor - Experience Required position at Saguaro Aquatics?
Saguaro Aquatics is in our 20th year of providing swimming lessons for babies, kids and adults. We are looking for experienced swim instructors to join us at our year around, indoor locations in Central Tucson (Pima/Craycroft) and on Thornydale Rd in NW Tucson (Overton/Thornydale). We offer a supportive, happy, safe, and rewarding work environment. We are seeking to hire staff that are dependable, happy, and healthy. We teach private and group lessons (4 students max). We work with a variety of clients; children, children with Autism and other special needs, babies, tri-athletes and adults learning to swim for the first time. If you enjoy working with children, meet the job requirements listed below, know how to swim ALL FOUR competitive strokes and enjoy teaching others, this may be a great job for you!
INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS:

- Reliable Transportation
- Lifeguard certification - not required to be hired (we can help you out if you are not currently certified)
- Commitment: Able to commit at a through MAY 2027.
- Availability: 2-8pm weekdays and Saturdays 9:30-2:30pm or 2-6pm. Priority is given to those with greater availability and experience.
