As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional service to our patients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as needed.
• Coordinating communication between patients, medical staff, and other departments.
• Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 3 years of experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A friendly, professional, and approachable attitude.
• Proficiency in office software and scheduling systems.
• The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
