Role Description
Support the Welcome Home process in overseeing warranty claims operations, ensuring work is executed in accordance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, monitor warranty claims completion, and assist in quality control and inspections. Identify and resolve technical issues on site, maintain project documentation, and contribute to keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate daily on-site activities to ensure alignment with project plans, schedules, and safety procedures.
- Supervise subcontractor teams on execution, safety compliance, and housekeeping standards.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs, track production, and document progress with photos and notes in RedTeam.
- Manage job site logistics: materials delivery checks, dumpster rotation, site cleanliness, fencing, and signage.
- Execute safety routines including toolbox talks, incident forms, and OSHA compliance checks.
- Support permit organization, inspection scheduling, and track results to ensure timely sign-offs.
- Maintain job site inventory of tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Verify quality of installed work, document issues or work related to punch lists execution.
- Assist in coordinating with city inspectors and utility reps during site visits.
- Review delivery tickets and help verify invoicing accuracy in collaboration with the PM or CPM.
- In projects without a dedicated PM, may liaise directly with subcontractors for scheduling and scope clarifications.
- Participate in weekly planning meetings and provide input on look ahead schedules.
- Support the CPM with updates on execution risks, delays, or subcontractor performance issues.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage on-site operations effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
