About THIS OPPORTUNITY: 

As our Drywall & Paint Repair Technician, you will be the face of our finishing work to the clients. Your primary focus is delivering high-quality, polished results while fostering clear communication and maintaining a professional presence. This position offers a perfect balance of consistency, meaningful work, and long-term skill development—ideal for a detail-oriented professional committed to excellence.

This Drywall & Paint Repair Technician role requires the demonstrated ability to work carefully, communicate effectively, follow safety protocols, and maintain a professional appearance. This role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based at the job site, reports to the Project Lead, and works closely with the rest of the onsite team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Hang, tape, patch, and finish drywall in occupied condos and apartments
• Perform paint repairs and blending to match surrounding finishes
• Install and remove dust and debris protection daily
• Reset vanities, cabinets, and light fixtures as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate clearly with project leads, teammates, and residents
• Follow safety protocols and company quality standards
• Maintain, foster, and develop productive relationships including with co-workers, other departments, clients, subcontractors, and vendors

Key Requirements: 

• 4 years of proven experience with drywall hanging, taping, patching, and painting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Dependable full-time availability
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Team player with a positive “no job is too big or too small” attitude
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs., walk regularly, and climb steps occasionally
• Must be 18 , authorized to work in the US

Salary Range: $25 - $35 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
