About THIS OPPORTUNITY: 

As our Drywall & Paint Helper, you will be the face of our finishing work to the clients. Your primary focus is assisting the crew and delivering high-quality, polished results while fostering clear communication and maintaining a professional presence. This position offers a perfect balance of consistency, meaningful work, and long-term skill development—ideal for a detail-oriented professional committed to building a great career in drywall and paint repair.

The Drywall & Paint Helper role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based at the job site, reports to the Project Lead, and works closely with the rest of the onsite team. While prior experience in Drywall & Paint repair is preferred, we are also open to motivated individuals with no prior experience who are eager to learn.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assist with hanging, taping, patching, and finishing drywall
• Help with paint repairs and blending to match surrounding finishes
• Install and remove dust and debris protection daily
• Support resetting vanities, cabinets, and light fixtures as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate clearly with project leads, teammates, and residents
• Follow safety protocols and company quality standards
• Build and maintain productive relationships with co-workers, clients, and subcontractors

Key Requirements: 

• 1 year of experience preferred, but open to candidates with any relevant experience in the construction field
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Dependable full-time availability
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Team player with a positive “no job is too big or too small” attitude
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs., walk regularly, and climb steps occasionally
• Must be 18 , authorized to work in the US

Salary Range: $22 - $25 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
