As a CTSS In Home Therapist you will work in our CTSS (Children's Therapeutic Support Services) program. In Home Therapists provide community-based rehabilitative services to children/adolescents, and/or their families depending on the interest areas and experiences of applicants.

- Provide culturally responsive mental health skills and therapy to clients and/or their families (if working with children) in the home, community, and/or school.
- Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet their goals.
- Design and implement treatment/intervention in-home reflective of client needs.
- Receive clinical supervision from a qualified staff, and obtain continuing education units.
In order to be considered for this position, you must be qualified in at least one of the following ways:
- Meet the Behavioral Health Practitioner requirements as per MN State Statute 245I.04.04. These qualifications include the following:
- Hold a Master's degree or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields
- Meet the Clinical Trainee requirements per MN State Statute 245I.04.06
- Has completed an accredited graduate program of study to prepare the staff person for independent licensure as a mental health professional
- Meet the Mental Health Professional requirements per MN State Statue 245I.04.02
- Licensed as a LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP in Minnesota
- Desire to work with children and families in their homes; this includes walking, stairs, and the ability to crouch, stoop, sit on floors, and stand for periods of time.
- Ability to work independently; Valid driver’s license/auto insurance/reliable vehicle; ability to drive a minimum of a 30-mile radius around primary clinic location.
- Must be proficient in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- If interested in working with children/adolescents and families must be able to commit to late afternoon/early evening schedule.
$25.00-$30.00/HR
