The Maintenance Manager leads the hotel’s engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring all systems, facilities, and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and efficient. This leadership role focuses on preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and team development to uphold the Hotel's operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Leadership & Oversight
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor performance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
Safety & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, brand standards, and local codes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for safety checks, certifications, and inspections.
• Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs or projects.
Operational Management
• Assist with capital improvement planning and budget management.
• Monitor inventory of tools and supplies, ensuring cost control and accountability.
• Communicate with leadership regarding maintenance priorities and progress.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or technical certification required; degree in facilities management preferred.
• 3 years of hotel maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Full-time leadership role with flexible schedule requirements.
• Frequent walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
