Job Description
The RevOps Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information, and sales tools. The focus will be on the X3, BMS, and CRE Business Units in the US region.
Hybrid – 3 days in our Atlanta / Lawrenceville / Austin office
The RevOps Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information, and sales tools. The focus will be on the X3, BMS, and CRE Business Units in the US region.
Hybrid – 3 days in our Atlanta / Lawrenceville / Austin office
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance and sales leaders to understand current strategy and initiatives, create execution plans, and monitor performance.
- Provide support during annual planning processes, including budgeting and target-setting.
- Evaluate bookings performance and forecasts, building / adjusting models and providing commentary on the underlying drivers impacting actuals and forecast changes.
- Develop insightful dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable strategies, driving enhanced sales performance and measurable results.
- Be looking for ways to improve and implement scalable processes to support the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation to retention.
- Collaborate with business managers to gather potential incremental revenue opportunities (marketing, product management, and others as required).
- Liaise with Finance to ensure alignment on budget, and forecasting of bookings and hiring.
- Collaborate with the Quota & Commission team on sales colleagues’ compensation plans; ensuring hiring and capacity plans are aligned, and adjusting compensation targets as required.
- 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role in a B2B SaaS company
- In-depth expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Proficiency in using PowerBI, Tableau (or similar) for data analysis and reporting
- Advanced excel skills
