Job Description

Our Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partners are central to Sage’s growth and how we bring our solutions to market. Partner Marketing exists to empower these partners by helping them market, sell, and grow with Sage more effectively and confidently. As Sage deepens its investment in the partner ecosystem, we’re also entering a new era defined by practical, trustworthy AI.

In this environment, the Partner Marketing team plays a pivotal role. We help partners understand and articulate the value of AI-powered advancements, develop co-marketing strategies that demonstrate real customer outcomes, and equip partners to compete and win in a rapidly evolving market. Together, we’re strengthening a partner ecosystem that accelerates pipeline, drives measurable results, and fuels growth for both partners and Sage.

A core part of this role is partner management - building strong, trusted relationships with our reseller partners and serving as a strategic marketing advisor they rely on. You will collaborate with partners to build insight-driven marketing plans, guiding them toward the most effective channels, tactics, and resources to maximize performance. You’ll support execution through campaigns-in-a-box, structured turnkey programs, performance dashboards, and continuous optimization

We’re looking for a Partner/Channel Marketer or Demand Generation Marketer with strong consultative skills and a data-driven, performance-focused mindset. You know how to earn credibility, identify underperformance early, influence outcomes, and turn insights into measurable improvement

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week from either our Atlanta or Austin office.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as a channel/partner marketing manager for software reseller partners OR demand generation marketing manager.
  • Experience marketing B2B SaaS / software solutions (ERP solutions preferred)
  • Demand marketing expertise including lead flow, campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Experience tracking integrated campaign and funnel performance - from MQL through SQL - and using analysis to identify gaps, measure results, and optimize co-marketing programs
  • Ability to build trusted, consultative partner relationships and influence adoption of marketing programs to deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a bias for action.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
