Job Description

We are hiring a results-driven and customer-focused Senior Manager of Customer Growth to lead revenue strategy and execution within our Medium Segment customer base. This role will be central to driving expansion by aligning Business Unit strategies with customer needs, building actionable revenue plans, and ensuring cross-functional teams are positioned to deliver consistent growth.

This position is being created to strengthen our focus on maximizing value within existing customer relationships. By translating strategy into tailored go-to-market approaches and managing execution across teams, the Senior Manager will enable us to unlock customer potential, accelerate adoption, and drive measurable revenue impact in a rapidly evolving SaaS landscape.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in Customer Leadership, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, or a related field, ideally within SaaS or technology.
  • Strong background in managing the full customer lifecycle with a deep understanding of key journey touchpoints.
  • Skilled at analyzing customer commercial metrics and influencing initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • Knowledge of the construction and real estate industry is a plus but not required.

This role is hybrid, 3 days in office, in one of our offices. (Austin, Atlanta or Lawrenceville)

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Intacct VAR channel, ensuring alignment with Sage Intacct’s ideal customer profile (ICP) and long-term growth objectives.
  • Own revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting—partnering with Commercial Operations, Finance, and Channel Sales to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive timely course corrections.
  • Build and maintain an actionable ICP-driven growth framework to retain and expand customers.
  • Design and deliver scalable partner enablement programs, co-selling motions, and co-marketing campaigns that accelerate pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate across functions to resolve execution blockers and ensure VARs have clear messaging, compelling sales plays, and differentiated product positioning.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the VP of Customer on annual planning, territory strategy, partner and customer health reviews, and business development initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and insights to strengthen decision-making, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance partner accountability.

Perks? We have plenty.

  • Competitive salaries that landed us top 5% of similar sized companies (according to Comparably)
  • Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage
  • 401(k) retirement match (100% matching up to 4%)
  • 32 days paid time off (21 personal days, 10 national holidays, 1 floating holiday)
  • 18 weeks paid parental leave for birth, adoption or surrogacy offered 1 year after start date
  • 5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation)
  • $5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after hire date
  • Sage Wellness Rewards Program ($600 wellness credit and $360 fitness reimbursement annually)
  • Library of on demand career development options and ongoing training offerings
