Job Description

As our Inside Sales Manager for Sage 50, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers who work with Sage end customers to renew their annual support plans and engage in value-added conversations to increase the renewal rate. Every day, you will provide coaching and feedback sessions with colleagues to help increase skill level and achieve or exceed quotas. To thrive in this role, you must lead team development and continuing education for career progression. Also, you will be responsible for reporting on performance and rolling up forecasting to senior leadership in a timely and accurate manner.

  • This is a hybrid office environment that meets 3 days a week in the Lawrenceville, GA office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Salesforce and Fusion software to report and maintain current account information.
  • Build strong internal stakeholder relationships to ensure collaborative working.
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly attainment against targets.
  • Perform data analysis to help innovate and grow the business.
  • Strength in coaching, performance management, and customer escalations.
  • Participate in skip-level meetings to report on the business.

Qualifications:

  • 1 years of B2B sales team leadership in technology sales, preferably software or SaaS.
  • 5 years of B2B sales experience as an individual contributor in technology with successful quota-carrying experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong propensity for innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work effectively in both collaborative team environments and independently to achieve goals.

Preferred:

  • Net new sales or in-life sales experience
  • Channel Sales Experience.
  • Inside sales experience
