Key Responsibilities
- Process customer and partner orders and quotes via web and phone while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform advanced account maintenance, including updates, modifications, and data entry.
- Review, validate, and process sales orders, making corrections as needed to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve complex order processing issues involving technical or product-related requirements.
- Process customer transactions, including subscriptions, cancellations, account modifications, upgrades, downgrades, and migrations.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn complex systems and processes and apply that knowledge effectively.
- Successfully manage daily responsibilities in a hybrid work environment, including scheduled in-office work based on business needs.
- Perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Take initiative, work independently, and consistently put customers first in everything you do.
- Apply strong critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Think outside the box to resolve unique customer, system, and order processing challenges while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Proactively identify risks, process gaps, and opportunities for operational improvements that enhance efficiency and the customer experience.
- Exercise sound judgment when managing complex transactions, balancing customer needs with business objectives and established procedures.
- Analyze information from multiple systems to make informed decisions and recommend appropriate next steps.
- Anticipate potential issues before they impact customers or internal teams and take proactive measures to prevent delays.
- 1 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service or Processing
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex order processing issues, identify root causes, exercise sound judgment, and develop effective solutions while balancing customer and business needs.
- Experience processing sales orders, account maintenance, subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and migrations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across multiple systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, collaborate across departments, perform under pressure, and proactively identify and address issues before they impact customers or internal teams.
