Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and process monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commissions for sales teams, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the company’s compensation plan.
- Maintain and update commission records, databases, and documentation for reference and audit purposes.
- Validate and reconcile sales and commission data, identifying and addressing discrepancies proactively.
- Serve as a point of contact for commission-related inquiries, providing timely support and issue resolution for sales representatives and leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports, providing data insights to sales and finance teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of compensation policies and updates.
- Support annual and quarterly compensation plan audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales commissions, finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with commission management software; experience with Xactly is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
