Qualifications:What You’ll Do

Operate production machinery and perform tasks in producing, packing, and shipping flour and crisp rice products.

Safely operate forklifts or other powered equipment when needed.

Follow all food safety, quality, and process control policies.

Complete and maintain accurate production records and reports.

Keep work areas and equipment clean, safe, and organized.

Identify and report defective materials or safety concerns to supervisors.

Assist with machine operation and basic troubleshooting.

Perform other tasks as assigned to support production goals.
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED required.

At least 1 year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (food or chemical industry preferred).

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Comfortable reading and interpreting production documents and customer orders.

Basic computer knowledge a plus.

Willingness to work extended shifts and weekends as needed.

Regular and reliable attendance.
Physical Demands & Work Environment

Standing for long periods; occasional stooping, bending, and kneeling.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely and climb ladders as needed.

Work with PPE in a fast-paced, non-air-conditioned plant environment.

Exposure to dust, rotating equipment, hot/cold temperatures, noise, wet floors, and moving lift equipment.
