The Clinical Liaison will play an integral role in our team by ensuring care continuity of patients and promoting our care continuum.

Experience/Skills:
- Proven Marketing/Admissions Intake experience in healthcare with a clinical background such as an RN, LPN, or Therapist.
- Management experience preferred
- Capable of achieving results by supervising and participating in Marketing and Admissions Intake activity with minimal direction.
- Ability to consistently design and achieve appropriate Marketing/Admissions Intake goals and objectives.
- Talented in networking with referral sources
- Experience in developing Marketing plan for hospital.
Requirements:
- Clinical discipline with current license in good standing
- 2 or more years of clinical experience required
- Post-Acute care experience preferred
- Working knowledge of computers and software packages such as Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of hospital data bases
- Proven ability to work with physicians, social workers, insurance companies, case managers, patients, and families.
- Current valid LA Drivers License
