Sage Search Partners is hiring Bilingual Business Development Associates for a global business consulting leader in the heart of Dallas. This is not just a customer support role. It is a structured growth opportunity with a clearly mapped path from customer operations into B2B sales and eventual ownership of major enterprise accounts within 12 to 24 months. What You Will Be Doing
- Support large enterprise accounts in a B2B SaaS environment, working closely with senior account managers on key client relationships
- Be a trusted point of contact for clients in your language market, delivering proactive service, troubleshooting, and clear professional communication in both English and your second language
- Master the company's platform through a structured onboarding and training program built to set you up for success
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations to support account growth, retention, and client satisfaction across multinational accounts
- Move through a defined career track from support, to assistant account management, to ownership of regional and national accounts
What We Are Looking For
- 0 to 3 years of professional, internship, customer-facing, sales, account management, client service, or transferable business experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (required)
- Advanced professional fluency in English plus Spanish, French, or Portuguese, including strong written and verbal communication
- Polished, proactive, and confident communicator with strong follow-through and a customer-first mindset
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career in B2B sales, client service, and account management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus
- Local to Dallas or open to relocating; hybrid schedule of 3 to 4 days onsite after training
