Essential duties include:
- Deliver optimal patient care to patients requiring Skilled Nursing and/or rehabilitation nursing care for general medical and post-surgical conditions.
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care
- Completes all documents timely
- Provide orientation and in-service to staff/personnel
- Assure compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Must have current CPR Certification
- Compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with great time management skills
