Residential & Airbnb Cleaning Technician

Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on performance & reliability)

Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Weekdays primarily

Location: San Diego County (travel between jobs required)

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and move-out cleanings
• Handle short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces
• Dust, detail, and maintain high cleaning standards
• Follow SD Sparkle checklists and systems
• Work independently or with a small team
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual (very important to us)
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to clean for extended periods
• Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
• Able to follow instructions and checklists
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
  
  

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone (for scheduling and communication)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
