Home Transformation Specialist (Cleaning Technician)

SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. – San Diego, CA

Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on performance & reliability)

Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Weekdays primarily

Location: San Diego County (travel between jobs required)

What You’ll Do

• Residential & move-out cleanings
• Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
• Clean and detail kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces
• Follow SD Sparkle standards and checklists
• Work independently or alongside a small team
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable & punctual (very important to us)
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to clean for several hours
• Comfortable in both occupied and vacant homes
• Able to follow instructions and systems
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Cleaning experience is a plus—but not required (we train the right people!)
  
  

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone (for scheduling & communication)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
