You start at $20/hour. Through our Sparkle Up program you earn your way up to $27/hour based on quality, reliability, and how you take care of our clients. You don't wait a year for a review — you earn it.

What You'll Do

• Housekeeping for private homes across San Diego County
• Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors
• Laundry, linens, and bed-making where requested
• Tell your manager when something needs attention
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Reliable transportation — our homes are spread across the county
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Weekday daytime availability — most work is 8am–4pm
• Housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but we train the right person
• English or Spanish — both is a plus
