What You'll Do
- Clean offices, medical suites, churches, and retail spaces
- Restrooms, breakrooms, floors, trash, and common areas
- Restock paper and soap supplies
- Follow alarm and access procedures exactly
- Work independently or with a small crew
- Reliable transportation — accounts are spread across the county
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Availability that may include early mornings or evenings, depending on the account
- Trustworthy with keys, codes, and alarm access
- Commercial or janitorial experience is a plus, but we train the right person
- English or Spanish — both is a plus
- All supplies, equipment, and training
- Clear scope sheets, so you always know what "done" looks like
- A team that treats each other like family
