About the Role:
You’ll play a key role in identifying, cultivating, analyzing, and marketing multi-family investment opportunities across New Jersey and the Tri-State area.
Responsibilities:
• Source and market multi-family investment properties for sale
• Analyze market data, financial statements, and rent rolls to support valuations and acquisitions
• Build and maintain client relationships while developing tailored investment strategies
• Collaborate with a seasoned, data-focused team that values accuracy, timeliness, and integrity
What We’re Looking For:
• Driven, entrepreneurial, and detail-oriented professionals
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• 1–3 years of real estate experience (investment or brokerage focus preferred)
• Familiarity with underwriting, market analysis, and valuation principles
