The Technology Systems Administrator is an embedded role with one client and will manage/support day to day technology case management, technology product testing & deployment, and compliance remediation projects. The successful candidate for this position will be self-motivated with a professional attitude, have good communication skills and is a team player.
This is an office/field role focused on installing, programming, and supporting security technology systems at client sites—not a traditional IT helpdesk position.
Essential Functions:

- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
- Flexibility to work extended hours when needed
- Follows safe and secure practices to safeguard against injury, damage to property and confidential information
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Vet, test, and deploy technology products for GS&S; partner with internal information security teams to screen products
Manage compliance remediation projects for GS&S technology, including hardware deployment and software/firmware updates
Support day-to-day case management (break/fix) for GS&S technology team
Provide systems health checks and maintenance for technology applications
Prepare quarterly performance reports on project statuses, technology deployments, and case management SLAs
Perform on-site troubleshooting and repair of security technology systems
Program and configure customer software
Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control of installations
Coordinate with subcontractors during project execution
Deliver end-user training on deployed systems
Travel frequently to client locations
Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands & Environment:
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Office environment with collaborative team
- This position requires up to 75% travel to client sites across the region.
Education/Skills/Experience:
- Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/ or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 7 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Cyber Security Certification or ability to obtain one
- Lenel and Milestone certification required
- 3 years or more in Networking and MS SQL Server experience
- Experience managing and maintaining Sedona Office, an ERP system, and Programming as plus
- Other IT certificates a plus
