Collections Administrator

About the Role:

Yardi is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Collections Administrator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll connect with clients to establish payment arrangements, issue product licenses, and provide top-notch support for account or software inquiries. You'll play a key role in maintaining healthy client relationships by managing collections, processing credits, and collaborating with sales and other departments to keep accounts on track. WhatYou'llDo:

• Manage billing and collections activities for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

• Make collection calls and establish payment arrangements to resolve past-due accounts while maintaining positive client relationships.

• Audit billing records and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Provide prompt, professional follow-up to client inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status.

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.

• Two (2) years of experience in accounts receivable/collections

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• High level accuracy, attention to detail, efficiency, and accountability

• Computer proficiency on MS Office products to include Word and Excel

• Ability to operate a 10-key by touch

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to apply tact and diplomacy

• Strong motivation and team orientation

Ideal to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
