About Our Family:

We’re a fun, lively family of three (kids ages 11 and 9) and we are always on the go. We truly value the time we spend together. The kids are full of life and love to stay active—whether it’s playing sports, hanging out at home, or having fun outdoors. We also have a sweet mini golden doodle (~10 pounds), who brings extra joy to our home with his playful nature.

As a busy household, we know it takes a village to keep everything running smoothly.

One of us is a full-time recipe developer and content creator that works from home – filming and sharing creative content for a food business. Balancing career, family, and home is a lot, and that’s where you come in! We’re looking for someone who can seamlessly become part of our family and help keep our home organized while also ensuring the kids’ routines and our schedules stay on track. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented House Manager / Family Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys being integrated into a family’s daily life and takes pride in supporting both household operations and creative work.

This position is centered on creating efficiency, reducing mental load, and enabling the principal to operate at a high level—particularly on content and filming days. We want a true partner who can bring positive energy, creativity, and reliability to everything they do. We want you to feel like a natural extension of our family, someone who can adapt with us, contribute to the family dynamic, and help us make our lives easier! The home environment is intentionally calm, organized, and “zen.” Maintaining a sense of order and ease is essential to helping the household run smoothly.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are searching for someone who is proactive, organized, and energetic, with a passion for food, creativity, and family. You should be able to step into a role where flexibility, initiative, and a great attitude are key. This is role is ideal for someone with a growth mindset who is excited to contribute to a family environment while taking on both daily tasks and special projects. The role will allow you to work closely in the kitchen and film recipe videos, and help manage household chores.

Key Traits:

  • Fun & Energetic – You bring a warm, vibrant presence that the children naturally gravitate toward and genuinely enjoy being around.
  • Highly Organized – You have strong organizational skills and take pride in maintaining efficient household systems, schedules, and routines.
  • Detail-Oriented – You notice the small things—shifts in the home, unspoken needs, and opportunities to improve—with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Solution-Oriented – You approach each day with a “no task too big or too small” mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Proactive & Resourceful – You anticipate needs before being asked and, once familiar with the household, take initiative to improve systems (pantry, calendar, inbox, etc.).
  • Passion for Food & Creativity – You enjoy cooking, recipe testing, or content creation and are excited to be involved in the kitchen.
  • Self-Starter – You take ownership of your role, act independently, and require minimal direction once onboarded.
  • Upbeat & Reliable – You are dependable, communicative, and bring a consistently positive attitude; you exercise sound judgment and can be trusted fully in the home.
  • Flexible – You are adaptable and comfortable balancing evolving priorities, including both childcare and household responsibilities.
