About Our Family
We are a busy family of four with two young children, with a lively and dynamic home. Both parents are deeply involved in their children's lives and also manage demanding careers. We are seeking someone to help maintain the flow of daily life, particularly with meal preparation, household management and organization, and childcare. Our goal is to create a calm, organized, and supportive home where everyone in the family feels cared for, even in the midst of the busy days.
Flexibility and teamwork are important to us. We are looking for someone who can assist with driving the children to their various activities (bonus if you love researching fun activities for the kids!), meal prepping, and managing household tasks like organization and errands. Our ideal candidate is someone who can anticipate the needs of our family, stay on top of household duties, and seamlessly integrate into our daily routine. You will be a crucial part of the team, and we’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable, while also being a warm, positive, and caring presence for our children. You understand that no task is too big or too small and are eager to take on whatever is needed to ensure the household runs smoothly. If you have a “can do” attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to our family’s well-being, you will thrive in this role.
Who You Are / What We’re Looking For
You are someone who flourishes in a dynamic, high-energy environment and finds satisfaction in making things run smoothly behind the scenes. Whether it's meal planning, handling the daily household organization, or ensuring the children’s schedules stay on track, you approach every task with a proactive mindset. You don’t wait for things to happen; you make them happen. You're organized, dependable, and comfortable taking charge, and your sense of responsibility ensures that no detail is overlooked. You are forward-thinking, resourceful, and willing to take on a variety of tasks, big or small, with a positive attitude and a service-oriented mindset.
At your core, you're a natural communicator with a warm and professional demeanor. You excel at managing relationships—whether it’s with the children, service providers, or family members—and do so with a kind and approachable attitude. Your attention to detail is one of your greatest strengths, and you are always thinking ahead, anticipating the needs of the family, and ensuring things stay on track. You have a project manager mentality: you think ahead, prioritize effectively, and ensure everything is completed from start to finish.
You are comfortable with both children and pets, and your ability to manage multiple moving pieces is one of your greatest strengths. You enjoy both the structure of routine and the flexibility that comes with the unexpected demands of family life. You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and thrive in an environment that requires adaptability. Above all, you are a kind, responsible, and trustworthy individual who is excited to help a family's life run smoothly and enjoy more quality time together.
