Pay Rate:
Range $2720 to $2800 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hr work week (Includes Non-taxable
travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Mileage
Reimbursement: $0.70/mile for distance
covered from office to patient home visits and in between patient home appointments
Unit: Home Setting
Shifts available: Days
Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri, No weekends, No holidays, No call
Position Requirements:
- Registered Nurse experience: 1.5 to 2 years - Required
- Current experience Home Health RN experience: 1.5 years – Required
- Prior Hospice experience in addition to home health experience - Preferred
- Prior Med Surg experience - Preferred
- Must have valid
Driver’s License and Personal Auto Insurance
Education, License
and Certification Requirements:
- RN License for State
of NH or Compact - Required
- BLS Certification
from AHA or American Red Cross - Required
Job Description:
- Provide all aspects of nursing care for
home health patient case load assigned.
- Complete assessments and tailored plan of
care for both Home Health and Hospice patients.
- Care for patients at all stages of life in
the comfort of their own homes.
- Work as part of multi-disciplinary team
and maintain a high level of autonomy
- Complete documentation as assigned.
- Strong clinical support and educational
resources are provided
- Territories: Littleton/Plymouth areas
