Local Pay Rate(Locals with 35 miles: $2160 weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week
Local Pay Rate (Locals b/n 35 - 50 miles): $2376 weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week
Travel Pay Rate: Range $2484 weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Travel Pay Rate: Range $2484 weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: CVU-Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit
Shifts available: Nights
Shift timings: 12 Hours; Nights, 7.00 pm - 7.30 am
Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend and possible on-call
Position Requirements:
- Registered Nurse: 1 years - Required
- PCU/Stepdown Nursing experience:
Recent/Current 1 years – Required
- Cardiac proficiency - Required
- EKG Comfortability - Required
- Prior Travel Nursing experience of at least on contract assignment completed - Required
Education, License
and Certification Requirements:
- ASN or an equivalent – Required
- BSN or an equivalent – Highly
preferred
- RN License for State of MI - Required
- BLS Certification from AHA - Required
- ACLS Certification from AHA - Required
Job Description:
- Provide all aspects of Nursing
care for patients in CVU-Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit/s.
- Collaborates with other members
of the health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate an
individualized written plan of care based upon a physiological,
psychosocial, spiritual assessment consistent with patient/significant
other’s changing needs & goals, utilizing the Clinical Practice Model
(CPM) and the “Caring-Quality Model.”
- Participate in patient and family
teaching
- Records information concisely,
accurately and completely.
- Participates in multidisciplinary
treatment planning and revises plan of care based on assessment.
