Local Pay Rate(Locals with 35 miles: $2554 weekly Gross pay based on a 48-hour work week
Local Pay Rate (Locals b/n 35 - 50 miles): $2880 weekly Gross pay based on a 48-hour work week
Travel Pay Rate: Range $2880 weekly Gross pay based on a 48-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Travel Pay Rate: Range $2880 weekly Gross pay based on a 48-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: ICU Units
Shifts available: Nights, Days
Shift timings: 12 Hours; Nights, 7p-7.30a | Days, 7a - 7.30p
Schedule: 48 hours / week guaranteed, 4 X 12-hr shifts per week, every other weekend (36 hours per week available)
Position Requirements:
- Registered
Nurse: 2 years - Required
- ICU Nursing
experience: Recent/Current 2 years – Required
- Comfortable floating to ED or Step Down when needed - Required
- Neuro Surgical experience - Preferred
- Open heart experience - Preferred
- Prior Travel experience – Preferred
Education, License
and Certification Requirements:
- ASN or an equivalent – Required
- BSN or an equivalent – Highly
preferred
- RN License for State of MI - Required
- BLS, ACLS Certifications from AHA - Required
- NIHSS Certification - Required
Job Description:
- Provide all
aspects of Nursing care for patients in ICU Unit. Float to ED or SDU as needed.
- Uses clinical judgment skills to
diagnose and treat patient responses to actual or potential health
conditions.
- Collaborates
with other members of the health care team to develop, implement, and
evaluate an individualized written plan of care based upon a
physiological, psychosocial, spiritual assessment consistent with
patient/significant other’s changing needs & goals
- Participate in
patient and family teaching
- Records
information concisely, accurately and completely.
- Participates in
multidisciplinary treatment planning and revises plan of care based on
assessment.
Salary : $2,554
