Pay Rate: Range $3362 Weekly Gross pay based on a 48-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable
travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: Med Surg, Tele
Shifts available: Nights
Schedule: 48 hours/week guaranteed, 4 x 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, Holiday rotation if required, RTO limit of 5 days, No block scheduling
- Current Med Surg Nursing experience: 2 years - Required
- Telemety experience - Required
- Basic Dysrythmia experience - Required
- MediTech Expanse experience - Highly preferred
- Must be willing to float to other similar units - Required
- Prior travel experience: Highly
preferred
- Covid Vaccination with latest dose date on/after 10/3/23 - Required (Exemptions considered with Provider or Religious Leader statement)
Education, License
and Certification Requirements:
- ASN - Required
- BSN – Preferred
- RN License for State of Massachusetts - Required
- BLS Certification from AHA - Required
- ACLS Certification from AHSA – Required
- NIHSS Certification - Required
Job Description:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient
care in alignment with hospital standards in the assigned units.
- Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, and document care
activities accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to develop and
implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain compliance with state nursing
regulations and facility policies.
