We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Home Health to join our dynamic healthcare team.
Position Details:
Position Name: Registered Nurse - Home Health/Hospice
Location: Littleton, New Hampshire

Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary
Contract Length: 13 to 26 weeks contract
Pay Rate: Range $2640 to $2680 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hr work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70/mile for distance covered from office to patient home visits and in between patient home appointments
Unit: Home Setting
Shifts available: Days
Shift timings: 8 Hours; Days, 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri, No weekends, No holidays, No call
Position Requirements:
- Registered Nurse experience: 2 years - Required
- Current experience Home Health or Hospice RN experience or Med Surg RN experience: 2 years – Required
- Must be comfortable providing care for patients of all ages in comfort of their homes
- Must have valid Driver’s License and Personal Auto Insurance
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- RN License for State of NH or Compact - Required
- BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross - Required
Job Description:
- Provide all aspects of nursing care for home health or hospice patient case load assigned.
- Complete assessments and tailored plan of care for both Home Health and Hospice patients.
- Care for patients at all stages of life in the comfort of their own homes.
- Work as part of multi-disciplinary team and maintain a high level of autonomy
- Complete documentation as assigned.
- Strong clinical support and educational resources are provided
- Territories: Littleton, Berlin, Plymouth and surrounding areas
