Position Overview:
Responsible for leading and developing the carrier sales team to secure capacity, drive profitability, and ensure operational excellence. This position plays a critical role in executing strategic initiatives, building long-term carrier relationships, and driving performance through coaching, process improvement, and data analysis – all in line with customer expectations and company strategy.

Pay & Benefits
Salary range from $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience
Position is also bonus eligible.
