Job Description:
This role plays a critical role in the success of the logistics and brokerage operations by securing reliable carrier capacity, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring the seamless movement of freight. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong carrier relationships, managing communication throughout the lifecycle of a shipment, and applying market knowledge to optimize service and cost. The role requires daily interaction with carriers, problem-solving during transit, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and load boards is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or carrier sales is preferred.
- Must be able to work in our Brentwood, TN office.
