We're hiring afull-time W-2 Speech Language Pathologistto provideK12 school-based servicesfor the20262027 school year. Whether you're an experiencedSpeech Language Pathologistor new to the field, youll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work-and is here to help you thrive.
Position Details
Hours per Week: 37.5 hours/week
Schedule: MondayFriday, school hours
Start & End Date: August 2026 - May 2027

Responsibilities
Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students IEPs
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid professional educator license for the State of Idaho
ASHA CCC preferred; CFs considered with supervision available
School-based experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
