What You’ll Need
Compensation Range: $100K - $110K

What You’ll Need
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling with a valid School Social Work certification
- Proven experience supervising clinical staff and providing individual and group supervision
- Strong knowledge of developmental theory and therapeutic interventions for students and families
- Ability to build trusting relationships with students, staff, and families
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a school or clinical setting
- Lead and develop a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality therapeutic services aligned with Sage Alliance standards
- Collaborate with school leadership to integrate clinical and academic programming for student success
- Supervise therapists through coaching, evaluations, and ongoing professional development
- Oversee student intake, assessments, and family engagement to support smooth transitions into the program
- Monitor compliance, manage clinical documentation, and support conflict resolution across the school community
