Digital Marketing Account Manager (Client-Facing Role)
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ (Hybrid / In-Office)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
Additional Compensation: After 12 months of managing an account, account managers receive a percentage of that client’s monthly retainer as a retention bonus.
Sagapixel is a rapidly growing healthcare-focused digital marketing agency in Cherry Hill. We pride ourselves on delivering measurable results, not just completing tasks, backed by a team that values clear communication, accountability, and continuous learning.We’re looking for an Account Manager who is not just a coordinator, but a proactive problem-solver with marketing know-how. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients and will manage the execution of their marketing strategies.
Your job is to ensure work is executed correctly, on time, and aligned with client goals, and to help clients understand the rationale behind our work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the client relationship and lead monthly/quarterly calls
- Manage projects and assign tasks across content, web, and SEO teams
- Review and QA content, landing pages, and marketing deliverables
- Ensure client budgets are met, and work stays aligned with client goals
- Communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams
- Identify potential roadblocks and offer solutions, not just escalations
Note: You won’t be expected to design websites or write content yourself, but you should know enough to evaluate quality and spot issues before they reach the client.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of digital marketing experience (agency experience a plus)
- Account management or project management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of what makes effective marketing across multiple channels (SEO, content, web, etc.)
- Obsessive organization and follow-through
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills
- Bonus: You’re a marketer or SEO who enjoys being client-facing and can explain technical concepts clearly
- A desire to learn and grow. No “that’s not my department” mindset
- Team player who takes ownership and collaborates effectively
Expectations:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Time tracking is required (minimum ~6.5 hours/day of client work)
- You’ll receive feedback often and are expected to apply it
